Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment. If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.
Late arrival will require that I end the session at the scheduled time, meaning your session will unfortunately be shorter. You will be charged full price for the scheduled service.
We ask that you immediately call to cancel your appointment if you or a member of your household:

- Tests positive for COVID-19 or has been in close contact with someone who tests positive or has symptoms.
- Has classic acute cold or flu symptoms.
Late cancellation fees will not apply.
